Alexandria, VA - This morning Senator Roger Manno joined a panel discussion of the Construction Commerce Council (CCC) with members of the General Services Administration (GSA) administrators, including Susan Brita, Deputy Administrator of the GSA and Bill Guerin, Assistant Commissioner of  Project Delivery in the GSA’s Public Buildings Service. The Construction Commerce Council is a new industry-wide, non-profit Labor Management Cooperation Committee (LMCC) promoting commerce and union market share in the D.C.
